We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager - Sales to join our Mumbai team.
Role OverviewThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing HNI clients, presenting luxury resort investment opportunities, driving direct sales, and building long-term relationships with prospective investors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling premium clients, and prior experience in luxury, hotel, hospitality, or real estate sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate quality leads through direct sales, references, networking, events, and client meetings.
Handle HNI and premium clients with a consultative sales approach.
Present Fine Acers' luxury resort ownership and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment options.
Schedule meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust, conversion, and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, client servicing, and closing support.
Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
Represent Fine Acers professionally in meetings, events, and client-facing engagements.
Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
2-10 years of experience in sales.
Prior experience in Luxury Sales, Hotel Sales, Real Estate Sales, Resort Sales, Investment Sales, or HNI Client Handling will be preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident personality with the ability to handle premium clients.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to generate leads and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
