We are seeking an Analyst, Human Resources Data Management to support a large-scale transition of ERP and HCM systems to Oracle Fusion.

The role will focus on HR data integrity, error log analysis, and transactional HRIS operations across a global footprint. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRIS data operations, international HR governance and compliance, and a proven ability to troubleshoot integrations and maintain accurate employee records during system transformation.

Responsibilities

Analyze daily Oracle Fusion error logs to identify, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies.
Manage and troubleshoot daily integrations, including SuccessFactors, and perform corrective updates to maintain data integrity.
Update and correct employee records, including Contingent Worker data, ensuring consistent data across systems.
Administer tickets in ServiceNow and partner with global HR stakeholders to resolve issues and document outcomes.
Support HR transactional processes across the employee lifecycle, including hire, transfer, and termination.
Adapt to evolving project needs, reprioritizing tasks and independently executing day-to-day responsibilities with sound judgment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Working knowledge of HRIS systems and underlying data structures.
Strong knowledge of international HR governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Solid understanding of core HR concepts and the employee lifecycle.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in HR data management.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with global teams.

Preferred Skills
