This is an opportunity to contribute to technically challenging projects with real-world impact, working on products that address complex security requirements.
You'll join a highly skilled engineering team where software is developed in-house, with a strong emphasis on technical quality, collaboration and continuous improvement. From enhancing existing products to developing next-generation capabilities, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the direction of the technology.
Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of secure, reliable and maintainable applications.
  • Work across a range of technologies, including low-level software, Linux-based applications and embedded systems.
  • Collaborate with other engineers through code reviews, pair programming and technical discussions.
  • Apply modern software engineering practices, including test-driven development (TDD) and Agile methodologies.
  • Help improve development processes, software quality and engineering standards.
  • Contribute to technical problem-solving across complex software and security challenges.
  • Work collaboratively across the wider business, with opportunities to engage in customer support and other technical activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
We're interested in engineers with approximately 2-5 years of software engineering experience, gained through relevant professional experience and/or qualifications.
You should have experience in some of the following areas:
  • C++ (modern C++ and STL) or Rust.
  • Python development.
  • Linux application development.
  • Bare-metal programming, embedded systems or real-time operating systems.
  • Cloud application development.
  • Network security or secure communications.
Interested?
If you're a Software Engineer with experience in C++ or Rust and want to work on challenging, security-focused technology with real-world applications, we'd like to hear from you.
Please note: Candidates must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
