Customer Retention

Pipeline Management:
Maintain thorough notes in our CRM while managing daily outbound follow-up workflows. Partner with field technicians and service managers to ensure seamless delivery for the customer. Motivated by performance milestones and uncapped earning potential. Highly organized, prompt with follow-ups, and reliable in pipeline tracking.

Performance Earnings:
Uncapped 2% commission on closed revenue + regular Call Center spiffs & performance incentives (typically adding $10,000+ annually)
