Successful agents come from many backgrounds, including sales, customer service, education, agriculture, banking, healthcare, military service, and business ownership. What matters most is your initiative, relationship-building ability, and commitment to serving your community.

Through our financed agent program, you will receive

Base salary support as you establish your business
Commission and bonus opportunities
Assistance with insurance licensing
Training, coaching, and ongoing professional development
Local leadership and underwriting support
Tools and resources to help you build a client base
As an Insurance Agent, you will:
Build trusted relationships with individuals, families, farmers, and business owners
Learn about customers’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Develop referral sources and community partnerships
Prospect for new customers and follow up on sales opportunities
Grow and manage a book of business in your Wisconsin territory
Provide knowledgeable, responsive service throughout the customer relationship
Agents who meet established performance expectations generally earn
$75,000 to $85,000 in total first-year compensation
, including base salary, commissions, and applicable bonuses.

Compensation

$48,000 - $85,000+ per year - Base Salary PLUS Commissions and Bonuses
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with personalized solutions. Identify potential risks for clients and recommend appropriate insurance products to safeguard their assets. Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow a client base and achieve sales targets. Engage with local communities by participating in events and organizations to build a network of referrals.

Collaborate with underwriting professionals to tailor insurance packages that align with client requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to offer clients the most current and relevant advice.

Qualifications

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving financial success
Skilled at networking and committed to the community in which you work
High level of integrity with a track record of showing consistency between words and action
Licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance—or committed to obtaining licenses within 60 days of being hired
