Product Manager to lead the modernization of the CAI application. The CAI application is critical important to resolving complaints from the public with utilities companies. A three-year long modernization effort is about to start that will involve the planning and delivery of this exciting project. This role will be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing the roadmap, gathering and managing user stories, leading the design, leading the development team, testing, and implementation of the product. The Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders,technical teams, architects, and vendors to ensure the modernized solution meets current and future business needs while aligning with enterprise architecture, security, and accessibility standards.
