Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in digital content management, Content Supply Chain, and AI-driven content generation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Product Managers, technical teams, and external partners to evaluate emerging AI technologies, define business requirements, and translate complex content workflows into functional specifications for scalable, AI-powered solutions.

The candidate will support proof of concept (POC) evaluations involving AI-generated text, images, videos, podcasts, content translation, automated content assembly, and multi-agent orchestration. Experience with Adobe platforms, Agile delivery, product backlog management, and enterprise content workflows is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proof of concept (POC) evaluations for AI-driven content generation, translation, podcast creation, content assembly, and multi-agent orchestration solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Product Managers and stakeholders to identify business needs, capture use cases, and define current-state and future-state workflows.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions, discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and actionable product requirements.
• Own end-to-end product backlog management, including documentation, maintenance, refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Work with internal business teams and external partners, including Adobe, to communicate requirements and drive solution delivery.
