Signal Integrity (SI/PI) & EMI/EMC Simulation Engineer

Job Description

Seeking an experienced SI/PI & EMI/EMC Simulation Engineer to support PCB design reviews, simulation-driven design optimization, and development of electrical design best practices for high-speed electronic systems. The role involves SI/PI simulations, electromagnetic modeling, EMI/EMC analysis, and optimization of PCB, grounding, shielding, and power delivery designs. The engineer will review schematics and PCB layouts, identify electrical and EMC risks, and provide actionable recommendations. This position requires strong knowledge of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC engineering.

• Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Altium, Cadence, CST Studio Suite, or equivalent
• PCB design guidelines and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Experience with high-speed digital design, SI/PI analysis, and EMI/EMC engineering
• Experience reviewing PCB designs with high-speed interfaces, differential pairs, and complex power delivery networks
• Strong understanding of EMC design practices, grounding, shielding, and return path management
• Ability to communicate findings and provide actionable design recommendations to cross-functional engineering teams
