Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong Salesforce Health Cloud experience to lead testing activities across enterprise applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test automation, test management processes, test execution tracking, and quality reporting. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with development, business, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Salesforce Health Cloud and related applications, integrations, and workflows.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Manage functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Establish and manage test automation processes and identify opportunities to improve automation coverage.
• Manage the complete test management lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, reporting, and closure.
• Manage test execution results and provide regular test dashboards and quality status reports to project and leadership teams.
• Use Zephyr (Jira plug-in) to manage test cases, test cycles, execution results, defects, and testing progress.
• Track testing metrics, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall quality status.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project managers to ensure requirements are adequately tested.
• Identify testing risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure testing activities follow established quality standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Communicate testing progress, results, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with experience leading testing teams or complex testing initiatives.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Health Cloud in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and automated testing practices.
• Strong understanding of test management processes and QA methodologies.
• Experience managing test execution, results, defects, and testing metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr for Jira or similar test management tools.
• Experience creating and managing test dashboards, reports, and execution metrics.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications related to Health Cloud, Administrator, or Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing integration.
• Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional QA teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and enterprise defect management processes.
