Job Title: ServiceNow Developer 

 Location: Washington, DC / Onsite 

 Need Local Candidates 

 Plays a crucial role in understanding business processes, requirements, and translating them into effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform. 

 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and process requirements. 

 Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed and accurate requirements. 

 Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation. 

 Design and configure data models and define relationships, dependencies between data elements. 

 Create and modify workflows to automate business processes. Define approval processes, task sequences, and automation rules. 

 Configure ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements, utilize out-of-the-box features and functionalities to meet needs. 

 Configure ServiceNow forms, lists, and UI components to enhance user experience. Ensure that the UI aligns with the CAT’s branding and usability standards. 

 Work closely with technical teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. 

 Develop and execute test plans to validate that ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with users to perform user acceptance testing (UAT). 

 Create documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes. 

 Provide training to end-users on new features and functionalities. 

 Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. 

 Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and new features. 

 Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimization. 

 Develop user stories and document acceptance criteria. 

 Provide clarification to development team regarding user stories and acceptance criteria.
