Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to work with project teams in a client’s Digital organization, driving project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure for projects supporting AI, Personalization and Digital Platform programs. You will manage multiple projects across different platforms, lead technical and strategic direction, and collaborate with a cross-discipline team of engineers, management and customers to design innovative solutions for our clients. You will work closely with the Program Managers who oversee the broader initiatives, making sure project-level execution stays aligned with program goals. This role is 5 days on site in downtown Dallas.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

· Manage projects on schedule and on budget within the Digital organization’s AI, Personalization and Digital Platform program areas.

· Own all project oversight, including planning, directing and managing development resources and testing activities.

· Drive on-time delivery of complete scope while actively managing change requests and setting customer expectations.

· Assist with project estimation and System Requirements Specifications.

Team Leadership

· Coach, mentor and orient co-workers, and actively support team-based development.

· Supervise staff on design, analysis, test planning, project work plans and estimates.

Quality and Client Satisfaction

· Ensure all solutions are delivered in accordance with CGI standards and methodologies.

· Provide the highest-quality service to all external and internal clients. Project Manager Take responsibility for client satisfaction.

Program Alignment and Industry Awareness

· Coordinate closely with Program Managers overseeing the broader AI, Personalization and Digital Platform initiatives so project execution aligns with program goals. ▪ Stay current on technical and industry developments, particularly in AI, personalization and recommendation technologies, and digital platform modernization.

Required Qualifications

Project Management

· Demonstrated ability to perform all facets of the project management lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.

· Solid skills in project planning and control, scope management, issue and risk management, and quality management.

Leadership and Communication

· Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Excellent leadership and team development skills, including coaching and mentoring.

· Timely, decisive and effective problem-solving skills.

· Comfortable working within a larger Digital transformation program structure, collaborating with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· SAFe Agilist and/or a Project Management certification.

· Experience managing projects within a telecommunications environment.

· Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products, personalization or recommendation engines, or digital platform modernization efforts.

Technical Skills
