Functional Analyst - Power Platform & Dynamics 365

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join our Enterprise Business Platform team and support the design and delivery of modern business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capability, working closely with SMEs, developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into clear functional designs. You will support configuration of Dynamics 365 CE and PowerApps, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure solutions meet security, governance, and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and align them to platform capabilities.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications, design documentation, and process workflows.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules and PowerApps to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and enhance user experience.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance and security frameworks.

About You

• Experience as a Functional Analyst within an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• High attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
• Power Platform Functional Consultant certification is desirable.
