Job Description Senior Technical Business Analyst - Deceased Estates

Job Description:

• Work as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Deceased Estates business processes.
  
• Assess the impact of UNITE transformation initiatives on business operations.
  
• Gather and document business requirements.
  
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams and business stakeholders.
  
• Perform impact assessments and process analysis.
  
• Support process design and SOP updates.
  
• Coordinate UAT and BPIV activities.
  
• Support business readiness, training, and communication.
  
• Assist with change management activities.
  
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders.
