REQUIRED SKILLS

MUST HAVE: 3–5 years of hands-on Jira administration experience across Cloud or Data Center environments

MUST HAVE: needs someone who can work directly with non-technical Physical Security stakeholders, gather requirements, explain Jira options clearly and train users

MUST HAVE: Strong Jira configuration experience with workflows, automation rules, custom fields, permission schemes, and JQL

MUST HAVE: Hands-on Jira integrations using webhooks, REST APIs, or middleware-based integrations

Experience configuring Jira email-handler/mail-to-ticket ingestion

MUST HAVE: STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a hands-on Jira Administrator to support and enhance an evolving Jira environment. This role will configure and administer Jira, build integrations with external systems, support email-to-ticket functionality, and develop clear technical documentation. The consultant will work directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, explain Jira capabilities, and train users. Experience integrating Jira with support or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is a plus.
