The Network Operations team member will be responsible for day-to-day operations. They will also be responsible for ensuring all site connectivity is up and functioning for all AFS sites 24x7x365.  They will participate in working support tickets and requests company wide. Team member will participate in meetings. Team member will participate in Operational project. Travel will be required as needed to the sites.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administration of all network equipment
  • Configuration of switch port and firewalls
  • Network support for local site as well as all other sites
  • Solarwinds monitoring
  • Rotating On-call support schedule
  • Work support tickets, make changes where necessary using the CR process
  • Provide network operational support to configure and test updates in offices and data centers
  • Perform system maintenance and OS patching
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Here's What You Need:

  • US Citizenship required
  • 2 years of Cisco Switching
  • 1 year of OSPF/BGP Routing Experience
  • 1 year of Palo Alto firewall experience
  • 1 year of SNMP Monitoring experience

Bonus Points:

  • DNS experience
  • DHCP experience
  • Solarwinds monitoring experience
  • F5 load balancing experience

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$81,000—$154,700 USD
