Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in San Diego, CA is seeking a Program Manager III.

Summary:
This organization delivers banking and lending products to small businesses. This role is the primary program management point of contact: submitting items for review, coordinating feedback across cross-functional (x-fn) teams at the client, and keeping the entire submission-to-approval lifecycle organized, documented, and moving. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-obsessed program manager who thrives on structure, communicates with urgency, and can quickly build the relationships and reference systems needed to keep a fast-moving, compliance-sensitive partnership running smoothly.

Duties:
* Submissions & review coordination: Own the end-to-end process of submitting items requiring review, and coordinate feedback with the relevant cross-functional teams at the client's (product, legal, compliance, risk, engineering) to drive items to closure
* Audit-ready documentation: Maintain incredibly thorough, organized documentation of every step of the item submission, review, and approval process, ensuring the trail is audit-ready at all times and can withstand internal or external review
* Master runbook ownership: Maintain a master tracking spreadsheet/runbook with clear action items, owners, due dates, escalation paths, and direct links to where each conversation or decision is happening, so nothing has to be reconstructed from memory
* Org navigation: Build and maintain an org matrix/directory so the right stakeholder for any given topic can be identified quickly - ensuring no request stalls because it's unclear who owns it

REQUIREMENTS:
* College degree required
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
