Scrum Master

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure smooth project delivery. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to remove blockers and improve team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Guide the team in following Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Remove obstacles and resolve issues affecting team progress.

• Coordinate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders.

• Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of project goals.

• Maintain sprint backlogs, task boards, and project documentation.

• Encourage collaboration, continuous improvement, and team productivity.
