Automotive BDC Representative - Sales Department

When it comes to sales and service, customers have a lot of options, but they select us because of the experience we provide and the enthusiasm our employees have for assisting others and one another. As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, conducting follow-up communications, and scheduling appointments for our sales department. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering an outstanding car-buying experience.

Lead Management
: Handle inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Customer Engagement
: Build rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Coordinate appointments for prospective buyers to visit the dealership for test drives and consultations.

Follow-up
: Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and guide customers through the sales process.

Database Maintenance
: Update and maintain customer information in the dealership's CRM system.

Collaboration
: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handover of leads. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Dedication to providing an excellent customer experience. Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments. Basic understanding of sales processes and a willingness to learn.
