Job Title: Pega Developer – Senior Software Engineer

Role Summary:
The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on Pega developer with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation and modern application development.
The candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise workflow and case-management solutions using Pega Infinity ’26
The candidate should also have exposure to the latest Pega GenAI capabilities and AI-assisted software development, using Pega Infinity and GenAI capabilities to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and modernize engineering processes.

Required Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Pega application development experience.
Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 25.x/26, with preference for Pega Infinity ’26 experience.
Strong experience with Pega Constellation architecture and Constellation UI Strong knowledge ofCase Management Integration Services Decisioning
Flows and Business RulesUI development Security and Role-Based Access ReportingSLAs and Assignment Processing Strong experience integrating Pega with REST APIs and enterprise applications.
Understanding of Pega guardrails reusable design patterns, application architecture, and performance best practices.
Experience with Pega DevOps deployment pipelines, branching, rulesets, and application lifecycle management.
Experience participating in technical design reviews and code reviews
Excellent analytical troubleshooting communication and collaboration skillsAI / GenAI
Experience or strong working knowledge of Pega GenAI capabilities Pega GenAI BlueprintAI-assisted application development
Identifying opportunities to apply AI GenAI to improve business processes and developer productivity
Hands-on implementation experience with Pega GenAI capabilities is strongly preferred.
