We're looking for a Senior Product Specialist / Product Lead to own Market Data & Vendor Integrations within the Opterra platform, and help shape the next-generation Market Data Connectivity system being built for configurability, data lineage, and transparency, with AI as a core part of the design.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for market-data and vendor integrations across providers like Bloomberg, LSEG/Reuters, and FactSet.
- Shape the next-gen Market Data Connectivity system, driving configurability, lineage, and transparency, with AI at its core.
- Define data mappings, transformation rules, validations, and integration requirements between vendor data and platform models.
- Understand APIs, data flows, lineage, reconciliation, and downstream impact on platform workflows.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria alongside developers and architects.
- Own backlog, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery.
- Drive UAT, data validation, and QA test-case definition, including resolving data discrepancies.
- Act as domain SME for market and reference data, identifying edge cases and downstream impact.
Key Requirements
- Experience integrating data from major vendors like Bloomberg, LSEG/Reuters, or FactSet.
- Strong grasp of financial instruments, corporate actions, and structured products.
- Solid understanding of Security Master, Reference Data, and Market Data.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, lineage, and data quality.
- Proven product ownership with Agile delivery including backlog management, user stories, UAT, QA.
- Ability to combine domain expertise with hands-on execution.
