  • Build Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, Python, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies
  • Engineer scalable, secure cloud solutions across compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and backup/recovery
  • Develop reusable platform engineering templates, self-service workflows, deployment patterns, and shared tooling
  • Apply SRE practices, including SLIs/SLOs, incident response, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and toil reduction
  • Improve observability through logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerting, and telemetry
  • Automate environment provisioning, patching, configuration, release readiness, service accounts, and related operational processes
  • Embed security and compliance into pipelines through secrets management, IAM, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement
  • Support Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, orchestration, artifact management, and image scanning
  • Leverage AI-enabled engineering/operations tools to improve troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and developer productivity
  • Partner across development, infrastructure, database, security, and operations teams
  • Mentor engineers and lead troubleshooting of complex deployment, infrastructure, performance, and reliability issues
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure automation, software delivery, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of modern DevOps, Agile delivery, release management, infrastructure automation, and operational support
  • Hands-on experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
  • Experience scripting and automating with PowerShell, Python, Bash, SQL, YAML, and/or JSON
  • Strong cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure, across compute, storage, networking, identity, security, monitoring, and cost optimization
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Ansible, or similar
  • Understanding of platform engineering, reusable templates, self-service workflows, internal developer platforms, and developer experience
  • Knowledge of SRE practices, including observability, incident response, root cause analysis, reliability targets, capacity planning, and toil reduction
  • Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, or LogicMonitor
  • Working knowledge of containers, orchestration, cloud-native applications, and artifact management
  • Understanding of DevSecOps, including secrets management, IAM, vulnerability scanning, secure pipelines, and compliance automation
  • Experience supporting enterprise/business-critical applications and cloud or hybrid environments
  • Ability to mentor engineers, lead technical improvements, and influence engineering standards without direct people management
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, SRE, Agile, or DevOps certifications are a plus
