Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain a containerized microservices architecture supporting a large-scale data platform and intelligence modernization programs
  • Enhance, manage, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and scalable infrastructure environments using modern orchestration tools
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, system engineers, security, and architecture to build resilient and compliant systems
  • Participate in Agile planning, sprint ceremonies, technical documentation efforts, and operational triage to ensure reliable system delivery

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in software development or systems engineering (or 6+ years with a Master's degree)
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Proven hands-on experience with container orchestration technologies, specifically Kubernetes, along with CI/CD pipeline development and Linux environment navigation
  • Possession of at least one required professional certification such as a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II qualification
