Must-Have Requirements
  • 8+ years of verifiable RPG programming experience.
  • IBM AS400 platform experience.
  • Experience within the last 12-15 years.
  • Business-critical application support experience.
  •  
  • Eligible for Alabama State Merit System employment.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Required skills)
  • 8+ years of AS400/RPG development
  • Strong RPG/400, RPGLE, and SQL RPGLE experience
  • Production support and troubleshooting background
  • Legacy enterprise application maintenance experience
  • AS400 administration or upgrade experience (preferred)
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
