Job Title: Agile Product Manager
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Phoenix, AZ Hybrid 
 
 
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager with 7+ years of experience in product management, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based technology environments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile product delivery.
The candidate will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing the product roadmap and backlog, collaborating with engineering and business teams, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical priorities.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, QA, Data, and Business teams to drive product delivery.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, release management, automation, infrastructure, and deployment strategies.
  • Track product KPIs, delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and overall product performance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate product progress, priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product capabilities, processes, automation, and customer experience.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve delivery impediments.
  • Ensure product development aligns with security, scalability, reliability, and enterprise architecture standards.
Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Agile delivery.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native architecture concepts.
  • Good understanding of Azure DevOps including Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and release management.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working closely with software engineering and technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical/product requirements.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Azure certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, or Azure Solutions Architect.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code.
  • Knowledge of APIs, Microservices, Cloud Architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Boards, or similar Agile tools.
  • Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, observability, and governance.
  • Experience working with data, AI/ML, or modern cloud platforms is a plus.
