- Define business requirements, acceptance criteria, and success measures for product capabilities and releases.
- Identify and assess product risks and operational impacts and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment of product capabilities with regulatory, safety, and organizational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and operational performance analysis.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between business, operations, and delivery teams to ensure solutions achieve desired business outcomes and customer value.
Required Skills & Work Experiences:
- Senior-level Product Management practitioner with demonstrated expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, stakeholder management, and value delivery.
- Strong understanding of operational platforms, incident management, service recovery, and customer experience solutions.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational challenges into product solutions.

- Ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound business decisions based on customer and organizational value.
- Experience leveraging data and metrics to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and applicable Agile/Product Management tools (JIRA Align, Figma, Confluence).
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
