Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an Asana Expert (or TPM with specialization in Asana) to support multiple teams in maintaining, optimizing, and building Asana projects and workflows. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary tool.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, update, and optimize existing Asana projects and workflows.
Build new Asana projects, templates, and structures based on team needs.
Create and manage Asana automations, including rules, integrations, and custom workflows.
Ensure cross-team alignment by standardizing project setups and best practices.
Troubleshoot Asana-related issues and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary skill.
Strong understanding of Asana project architecture, automation, and workflow design.
Experience supporting multiple teams and operational processes.
