About the Role
Competere Group Inc is hiring for an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on working directly with customers, managing client accounts, and supporting brand growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, fast-paced environments, and wants a clear path into leadership. No prior experience is required—we provide structured, hands-on training.

What You’ll Do
Meet with customers in person to represent client accounts
Build relationships and provide account support for existing customers
Answer questions and identify opportunities for account growth
Track interactions and collaborate with your team to hit weekly goals
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working in a face-to-face, in-person environment
Reliable transportation (local to the area)
Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
