The Role

• Attend pre-scheduled events including trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings.
• Interact with potential customers, providing high-energy product demonstrations.
• Generate and accurately capture leads for award-winning products using a proven system.
• Be responsible for event setup and teardown, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work collaboratively while maintaining independence and keeping management informed.
• Exceed lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.

What You'll Need

• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a passion for educating customers about product lines.
• High energy levels, engagement, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• A smartphone for timekeeping applications and lead submission.
