A day in the life of our Orthodontic Treatment and Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate is motivated, results oriented, and committed to making it easy and fun for anyone to start braces or Invisalign treatment.

• You are the primary point of contact for our patients and walk them through the process of starting orthodontic treatment.
• You enjoy providing compassionate care and love making the treatment process as easy and convenient as possible by working hard behind the scenes to coordinate referrals.
• Your smile and personality brighten the day of our patients and their families and you really love getting to know our patients and their families.
• You enjoy creating relationships with other local dental professionals in both treatment coordination and office marketing efforts.

You'd be a natural at this if you have

• Any experience in the dental field. While orthodontic experience is preferred, if you're a great people person, we will train you on the orthodontic and marketing details.
• The ability to quickly and easily build relationships with patients, their families, and other dental offices.
• Love being a cheerleader for patients and getting them excited about treatment.
• Enjoyment of managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong organizational tendencies and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, effective, and friendly written and verbal communication and strong customer service polish.
• Are considered a fun and bubbly personality by your friends and someone who dislikes drama.
• Spanish fluency is a huge plus but not required.

Salary is a base hourly plus a possible production bonus. The ideal candidate is available 30+ hours a week on a somewhat flexible schedule. Benefits include paid sick leave, paid holidays, and orthodontic treatment discount. A medical and dental benefits package can be available for the right candidate. All other benefits are negotiated directly with outstanding candidates.
