The Role • Perform calibrations on medium to high-level test and measurement instrumentation in a lab and at customer sites. • Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate unique equipment. • Ensure customer satisfaction across all equipment and services. • Create and verify calibration data sheets for technical accuracy. • Mentor and train junior technicians with hands-on guidance and theory. • Manage workload distribution in the absence of the Laboratory Manager. What You'll Need • Military training (PMEL, TMDE, or Electronics) and/or an AS degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 10 years calibrating equipment in commercial and/or military calibration labs. • Proven experience calibrating in multiple disciplines (Electronics, RF, Mechanical, Dimensional, Thermodynamics). • Strong communication, computer, attention to detail, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and database management.
