The Role

• Respond to service calls, diagnosing and repairing electronic fire alarm systems and related building products.
• Troubleshoot and install fire and life safety systems from various manufacturers, including Simplex.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and program operational manuals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication.
• Manage service acknowledgments and obtain customer sign-offs upon completion.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and mentor team members.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience with fire alarm and low voltage systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to perform physical labor, including carrying equipment and working in challenging positions.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• NICET II certification is preferred.
