Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong Full Stack development experience and expertise in Generative AI, AI/ML, and cloud, Java technologies to design, develop, deploy, and support AI-powered enterprise applications

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end AI-powered enterprise applications.
2. Build modern frontend applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and responsive UI frameworks.
3. Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, .NET, C#, Node.js, Python, and microservices architecture.
4. Design and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and enterprise integrations.
5. Build and optimize database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
6. Develop GenAI solutions using OpenAI, Azure AI, Gemini, Claude, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and LangGraph.
7. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems.
8. Design and develop Agentic AI workflows, autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks, and AI-powered automation.
9. Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform services, including serverless computing, storage, messaging, and AI services.
10. Implement DevOps practices using GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, and automated testing.
11. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, Security, Compliance, and Business teams.
12. Ensure Responsible AI, security, governance, privacy, compliance, observability, and operational excellence throughout the AI lifecycle.
