Job Title: Agentic AI Developer – Google CES / CxAs (CES) & Prompt Engineering

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer with expertise in Google CES, CxAs (CES), and prompt engineering to design, develop, and implement AI-powered agents and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows, developing effective prompts, integrating AI models with enterprise applications, and creating solutions that improve business processes and user interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and implement agentic AI solutions using Google CES and related conversational AI technologies.

·       Build and configure AI agents to support automated workflows, conversational interactions, and enterprise use cases.

·       Develop, test, and optimize prompts to improve AI response quality, accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

·       Implement prompt engineering techniques for task automation, contextual understanding, and multi-step reasoning workflows.

·       Integrate AI agents with APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and external services.

·       Develop conversational flows, manage context, and implement appropriate fallback and error-handling mechanisms.

·       Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.

·       Evaluate AI agent performance and troubleshoot issues related to prompts, integrations, and response quality.

·       Apply responsible AI practices, including output validation, access controls, and data protection.

·       Document solution architecture, workflows, prompts, integrations, and implementation procedures.

Required Skills:

·       Hands-on experience with Agentic AI development and AI-powered automation.

·       Experience with Google CES and CxAs (CES), as specified in the project requirements.

·       Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, including prompt design, testing, refinement, and optimization.

·       Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.

·       Proficiency in Python or another programming language used for AI development.

·       Experience integrating AI applications with REST APIs and enterprise systems.

·       Understanding of conversational AI, context management, tool calling, and multi-step agent workflows.

·       Knowledge of authentication, API security, error handling, and data validation.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

·       Professional experience developing AI-powered applications and intelligent agents.

·       Practical experience with prompt engineering and integrating AI solutions into enterprise workflows.

·       Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production-ready AI applications.
