Front End Web Developer

Aquent Talent is seeking a Front End Web Developer to craft engaging, high-performing web experiences for clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services space. In this role, you'll turn UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS. You'll collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders in a people-first, inclusive culture that values learning and experimentation. You'll optimize performance, maintain component libraries, participate in agile workflows, and help shape innovative digital solutions for leading global brands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive web interfaces.
• Develop, test, and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React or Vue).
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate front-end code with backend APIs and content management systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies with a cross-functional team.
• Implement and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and usability issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve user experience.
• Stay current with front-end trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
