The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK.
• Handle a variety of vehicle issues, from battery and tyre problems to complex fault-finding.
• Start and end your workday from home, with demand-led shifts.
• Act as a brand ambassador, offering reassurance and confidence to members.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
