• Responsible for day to day management of the control portfolio for the branch banker servicing platform.
• Manage regular testing engagements with first and second line partners for annual and quarterly audits as well as testing related to corrective actions and issue closure representing the line of business and coordinating activities across product ownership teams.
• Manage development of consistent control monitoring routines and dashboards.
• Ensuring control documentation is current and reflective of all changes to the platform

• Project and Program Management of Significant Change Initiatives i.e., SS&A, Compass, BVA, etc.
• Roadmap Management
• Dependency Management
• Cross-Product Management and Coordination
• Status Reporting Various status reporting where needed, BURs, Execution Meetings, MBRs, etc.
• Release Coordination
• Overall Governance and Structure
