Process Manager with AI

Role: Process Management Lead, AI Transformation
Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

About the Role

We’re hiring a process management professional to help clients get real value from AI. You’ll document and analyze how work gets done today, then redesign those processes so AI and automation can deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Map and document current-state (as-is) processes across operations, supply chain, and business functions
• Run process discovery workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks, handoffs, waste, and root causes using process analysis techniques
• Design future-state (to-be) processes that incorporate AI, agentic workflows, and automation
• Prioritize redesign opportunities with business cases, baselines, and target KPIs
• Define process ownership, controls, governance, and operating models
• Partner with AI architects, data engineers, and change management teams to move designs into production
• Build reusable process templates, assessment toolkits, and best-practice libraries

Qualifications

• 15+ years in process improvement, business process management, or operations consulting
• Experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN; certification preferred
• Hands-on experience mapping and redesigning processes for digital, automation, or AI initiatives
• Strong analytical skills, including process metrics, root-cause analysis, and business case support
• Clear communication and facilitation skills with both executives and frontline teams
• Familiarity with process mining or modeling tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Visio) is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or other operations-heavy industries is a plus
