Job description

Support federal grants program management and improvement initiatives by analyzing operations, coordinating projects, engaging with program leadership, and developing reports, recommendations, performance frameworks, and other management deliverables. The role includes onsite meetings and stakeholder engagement in Washington, DC, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan improvement initiatives, set priorities, manage milestones, and coordinate project activities and deliverables.
  • Engage federal program leaders and operational staff, facilitate discussions, and maintain alignment on project objectives.
  • Research and assess program operations, identify challenges, and develop practical recommendations.
  • Prepare management reports, analytical studies, executive briefings, and reporting frameworks.
  • Assess workflows, map processes, develop standard operating procedures, and recommend implementation approaches.
  • Work with data analysts and project personnel to define analytical needs and incorporate performance measures into management products.
