Service Desk Team Lead - Hybrid (Rowville)

Motion in Rowville, Victoria is seeking a Team Leader Service Desk to drive the day-to-day operations supporting 500 locations across APAC. You will coach analysts, manage workloads, oversee escalations and maintain service levels with a focus on customer outcomes.

Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, you will help deliver continuous improvement, build relationships with internal teams and vendors, and ensure a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
