The Role

• Sachgerechte Aufbereitung von Medizinprodukten: Perform cleaning, disinfection, functional checks, packaging, and sterilization of medical devices according to standards.
• Bedienung technischer Anlagen: Operate and monitor cleaning machines and sterilizers according to instructions.
• Strukturiertes Instrumentenmanagement: Assemble instrument sets accurately based on checklists and package them professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant norms and legal requirements in sterilization processes.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the Fachkundelehrgang I or II for Sterilization Assistants.
• Reliable, thorough, and diligent work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good German language skills (B2 level or higher).
• Basic computer proficiency for EDV systems.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
