The Role

• Prepare for cardiac surgeries, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready and controlled.
• Provide expert assistance and instrumentation during cardiac surgical procedures.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain medical equipment and operating room technology.
• Support patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Uphold all sterile processing and hygiene regulations within the operating room.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and anesthesia staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Operating Room Technician or a Registered Nurse with a specialization in the OR.
• Proficient in sterile technical procedures and handling surgical instruments.
• A responsible, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Driving license to cover assignments within the designated service area.
