Job Description

Role: Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate must have strong architecture experience combined with deep hands-on technical expertise, especially in C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, custom APIs, troubleshooting, and Power Platform extensibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Design scalable CRM, integration, and headless/API-first architectures.
  • Define extensibility strategies using C# plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex development, integration, performance, security, and production issues.
  • Troubleshoot and architect solutions for plugin failures, transaction issues, integration failures, and Dataverse problems.
  • Define ALM, DevOps, environment, security, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
  • Architect modern CRM capabilities using Power Fx, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Lead architecture reviews, technical decisions, code/design reviews, and mentor development teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Solution Architecture experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Dataverse and C# plugin development.
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 plugin execution pipeline, debugging, tracing, exception handling, and transaction behavior.
  • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, custom APIs, REST/OData experience.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Azure integration services, API Management, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 security, solution management, ALM, Azure DevOps/GitHub, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with AI Builder or AI-assisted development is highly preferred.
