Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead AI/GenAI Engineer who can play an Architect + Tech Lead role with strong hands-on development experience.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of software/AI engineering experience.

• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, AI/ML, and Python.

• Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

• Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.

• Experience integrating OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini APIs.

• Strong experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.

• Ability to design AI architecture, lead technical teams, make architectural decisions, and remain hands-on with development.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Focus: GenAI Architecture, Technical Leadership, Hands-on Development, AI Agents, RAG, LLM Integration, and Enterprise AI Solutions.
