Organizational Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior OCM Specialist leads organizational change initiatives supporting technology and Agile transformations. This role develops and executes change strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainable changes in processes, behaviors, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Develop and execute OCM strategies, including change impact, readiness, stakeholder, and adoption assessments.

·        Lead communication, training, and engagement activities for executives, managers, teams, and support functions.

·        Identify and address resistance through targeted interventions, coaching, and reinforcement strategies.

·        Partner with Agile Program Managers, Agile Coaches, leadership, and delivery teams to support Agile adoption and transformation.

·        Promote Agile mindsets and behaviors, including collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

·        Define and track adoption metrics, readiness indicators, feedback, and change effectiveness.

·        Provide leadership with regular updates, insights, and recommendations to improve transformation outcomes.

 Qualifications: 

·        5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, preferably in technology, Agile, or digital transformations.

·        Prosci, CCMP, or comparable OCM certification preferred.

·        Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.

·        Proven experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.

·        Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
