Location: Hybrid San Jose, Austin in US (at times outside to Poland, UK)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PS Lead to support a Finance Transformation program for Project. The role will lead SAP Project Systems solutions across complex manufacturing and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes.
Description:

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PS solutions.
• Conduct requirements and fit-gap workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Configure and support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) project processes.
• Manage project planning, costing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Configure WIP, project settlement, and milestone-based revenue recognition.
• Support integration with SAP CO, FI, SD, and MM processes.
• Lead functional testing, issue resolution, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide functional leadership and ensure solution quality and governance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PS, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and complex manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, costing, budgeting, WIP, and settlement.
• Experience integrating SAP PS with CO, FI, SD, and MM.
• Strong SAP ECC experience; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive solution decisions.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the U.S. 1 2 weeks per month.
