BI Developer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a BI Developer for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. This is a hybrid role. This is also open to San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
• Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, and engineering teams
• Document processes, data models, and reporting standards
