We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience leading complex IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.

• Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, architects, and vendors.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.

• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies.

• Manage project budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and cost controls.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and compliance guidelines.

• Manage scope changes, escalations, and competing business priorities.

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Technical and Management Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT project management or program delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and resource management.

• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Office.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Experience managing distributed teams and multiple concurrent projects.

• Knowledge of SDLC, software development, testing, deployment, and release management.

• Ability to prepare project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience with cloud transformation, application modernization, or enterprise software implementations.

• Experience managing large budgets, external vendors, and geographically distributed teams.
