Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 13+ years of experience managing complex IT projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business, technical, QA, and vendor teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Lead project meetings and communicate action items and decisions.
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and requirements.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-level issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail is a plus.
