B2B Commercial Plumbing Sales Representative

Rescue Rooter, a leader in residential and light commercial plumbing, is seeking a Commercial Account Representative to grow B2B business in the construction and light commercial markets. In this field-based role, you'll prospect and manage commercial accounts, conduct onsite visits, and present plumbing, drain, and sewer service solutions. You'll work closely with dispatch and technicians to deliver reliable 24/7 service, uphold safety standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers structured training, strong earning potential, and advancement opportunities within the ARS/Rescue Rooter network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial plumbing accounts in assigned territory
• Prospect and qualify new B2
• B opportunities in construction and light commercial markets
• Conduct onsite visits to assess customer needs and propose plumbing solutions
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service agreements
• Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales pipeline activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets
• Build long-term relationships through responsive, 24/7 customer support
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to support safety and service standards
• Represent Rescue Rooter at industry events and networking opportunities
