Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.


Marketing Automation, Email & ABM

Lead the deployment of marketing automation campaigns, with technical execution and coding

supported by the internal tech team.

Coordinate and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) workflows and targeted email

marketing nurture tracks (shared with the co-executive).

Monitor campaign KPIs, traffic, lead quality, and funnel performance using tools like GA4 and

HubSpot.

On-Ground Events & Agency Coordination

Act as the core operational bridge between senior leadership (CEO/Seniors), internal teams, and

external agencies for summits and conferences.

Coordinate agency deliverables for on-ground marketing materials and logistics based on

senior-approved strategies and budgets.

Ensure smooth post-event data handling, migrating on-ground leads into internal automation

systems for immediate sales handoff.
