Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive - Electrical Infrastructure / EPC
Company: Kailash Electricals (I) Pvt. Ltd. (KEIPL)
Location: Nagpur (Travel across Maharashtra)
About Us:
Kailash Electricals (I) Pvt. Ltd. is an established electrical infrastructure contracting company engaged in HT/LT lines, substations, cable laying, earthing, utility works, and government infrastructure projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities in government, EPC, and private infrastructure sectors
• Build relationships with procurement teams, contractors, consultants, and project managers
• Generate subcontracting opportunities in electrical and utility works
• Track tenders and upcoming projects
• Support vendor registrations with major EPC companies
• Conduct market visits and client meetings across Maharashtra
• Maintain lead database and follow-up records
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in electrical contracting, EPC, infrastructure, or tender-based business development
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Knowledge of government tendering and private project execution is preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 + Travel + Performance Incentives
Key Advantage:
Candidates with existing contacts in MSEDCL, EPC companies, industrial projects, or utility contractors will be preferred.
